I know, A good way to get rid of this is to use light oil and just squirt it in the allen hole and it will make them look like new and it will prevent them form getting rusy again.

hey man not to be a dick or anything but the bike isnt worth that much even tho most of the parts are in good condition most of the parts are old i bought a ruben frame off my friend for 25 bucks and it was in the same if not better condition that your, most parts will decrease abut half price once you start to use it i mean no disrespect man but i would take the first off that comes around 450- 500 $ even thought know your only trying to get back what you payed for it
